چکیده

 در این مطالعه، اثر پروبیوتیک و بوتیرات منوگلیسرید بر عملکرد، برخی از فراسنجه­های خونی و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی در گوساله­های شیرخوار هلشتاین بررسی شد. 24 راس گوساله هلشتاین نر با میانگین سنی 6 روزه و میانیگن وزنی 2±36 کیلوگرم با 4 تیمار و 6 تکرار به‌روش فاکتوریل (2×2) و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه (استارتر و شیر کامل) 2) جیره پایه + روزانه 2 گرم پروبیوتیک مخلوط با شیر 3) جیره پایه + روزانه 5 گرم بوتیرات منوگلیسرید مخلوط با استارتر 4) جیره پایه + 2 گرم پروبیوتیک مخلوط در شیر + 5 گرم بوتیرات منوگلیسرید مخلوط با استارتر بودند. افزودن پروبیوتیک به‌تنهایی و یا با بوتیرات منوگلیسرید، تأثیری بر وزن نهایی بدن گوساله‌ها نداشته، ولی افزودن بوتیرات منوگلیسرید به‌تنهایی به جیره، منجر به افزایش وزن نهایی گوساله‌ها شد (05/0>P). مصرف خوراک روزانه تحت تأثیر پروبیوتیک و یا بوتیرات قرار نگرفت. با این حال افزودن پروبیوتیک به شیر سبب افزایش معنی دار آن شد (05/0>P). میزان قابلیت هضم جیره گوساله­ها با افزودن پروبیوتیک و بوتیرات افزایش نیافت (05/0<P). افزودن همزمان پروبیوتیک و بوتیرات منوگلیسرید تأثیر معنی­داری بر غلظت کلسترول، تری‌گلیسیرید، پروتئین کل و آلبومین خون نداشت (05/0<P). لیکن غلظت بتا هیدروکسی بوتیرات پلاسمای خون با بوتیرات منوگلیسرید بیشتر شد (05/0>P). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که افزودنی‌های پروبیوتیک و بوتیرات منوگلیسرید اثر مثبتی بر عملکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم و فراسنجه‌های خونی نداشت. پس افزودن مونوگلیسرید بوتیرات به جیره غذایی گوساله‌های شیرخوار هلشتاین اثر مطلوبی بر عملکرد و توسعه شکمبه آن‌ها دارد.
