چکیده

برای بررسی هم­خونی و تأثیر آن بر صفات رشد از اطلاعات شجره 39408 رأس گوسفند مغانی که طی سال­های 1365 تا 1394 در ایستگاه پرورش و اصلاح نژاد گوسفند مغانی جمع آوری شده بود، استفاده گردید. برای آماده سازی، ویرایش داده­ها، برآورد ضریب هم­خونی و میزان تابعیت صفات از هم­خونی به ترتیب از نرم افزار­های Fox Pro، Excel، CFC و Wombat استفاده شد. میانگین نسل معادل کامل به عنوان معیاری از کامل بودن شجره 60/1 بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که 69/16 درصد از کل حیوانات، هم­خون بودند. میانگین ضریب هم­خونی در کل جمعیت و حیوانات هم­خون به ترتیب 58/0 و 47/3 درصد محاسبه گردید. در مدت سال­های مورد مطالعه، مقدار هم­خونی 047/0 درصد در سال افزایش یافت. بالا­ترین میزان هم­خونی در گله 67/44 درصد بود. افت ناشی از هم­خونی به ازای افزایش یک درصد هم­خونی برای صفات وزن تولد، شیر­گیری، شش ماهگی، نه ماهگی و یک­سالگی به ترتیب 94/5-، 03/19-، 23/20-، 26/35- و 74/38- گرم برآورد شدند، که به غیر از صفات وزن شش ماهگی و یک­سالگی در بقیه صفات مورد مطالعه تأثیر معنی­داری نداشت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که اگر چه در این گله طی سال­های مورد مطالعه بین حیوانات خویشاوند آمیزش­هایی صورت گرفته بود، لیکن مقدار ضرایب هم­خونی حیوانات هم­خون با توجه به تعداد این دام­ها نشان داد که در این جمعیت آمیزش­ها هدف­دار و تا حد زیادی کنترل شده بود.
