چکیده

تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور ارزيابي اثرات استفاده از سطوح مختلف مخلوط تفاله‌هاي انار، انگور، سيب و ليموترش با و بدون آنزيم بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه، پاسخ ايمني و مورفولوژي روده در جوجه‌هاي گوشتي انجام گرفت. اين آزمایش با تعداد 384 قطعه جوجه گوشتي (سويه راس- 308)، در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي با آرایش فاكتوريل (2×4) با چهار سطح مخلوط تفاله‌ها (صفر، 2، 4 و 6 درصد)، دو سطح مولتي‌‌آنزيم روابيو (صفر و 05/0 درصد) در 8 تيمار، 4 تكرار و 12 قطعه جوجه در هر تكرار، از سن 10 تا 42 روزگي در دو مرحله رشد (11 تا 24 روزگي) و پاياني (25 تا 42 روزگي) انجام گرفت. استفاده از 6 درصد مخلوط تفاله‌ها و 6 درصد تفاله‌ها با مولتي‌‌آنزيم بدون تأثير بر ضريب تبديل خوراك، درصد ماندگاري و هزينه توليد، موجب افزايش مقدار خوراك مصرفي، افزايش وزن روزانه، افزایش وزن نهايي جوجه‌‌‌ها و شاخص توليد شد. 6 درصد مخلوط تفاله‌‌ها موجب افزایش معنی‌‌دار درصد سنگدان شد. استفاده از مخلوط تفاله‌‌ها سطح ايمنوگلوبين G را كاهش داد ولي مولتي‌‌آنزيم و مولتي‌‌‌آنزيم با مخلوط تفاله‌‌ها اثرات معني‌‌داري بر وضعيت ايمني جوجه‌‌ها نداشت. مخلوط تفاله‌‌ها، مولتي‌‌آنزيم و مخلوط تفاله‌‌ها با مولتي‌‌آنزيم اثرات معني‌‌داري بر مورفولوژي روده جوجه‌‌ها نداشت. درمجموع استفاده از 6 درصد مخلوط تفاله‌‌هاي انار، انگور، سيب و ليموترش در جيره جوجه‌‌هاي گوشتي نه‌تنها اثرات منفی بر عملکرد آن‌ها نداشت، بلکه افزایش وزن روزانه، وزن نهايي جوجه‌‌ها و شاخص توليد را نیز بهبود بخشید. درحالی‌که استفاده از مولتي‌‌‌آنزيم نتوانست کارآیی استفاده از تفاله‌ها را بهبود دهد.
