The experiment was designed with 350 commercial one-day-old male broiler chickens using completely randomized design with 5 dietary treatments and 5 replications. Prior to the study, a commercial starter diet was fed to broiler chickens for 3 weeks. On day 21 of age 14 birds were allocated to each experimental unit (1.5×1.5 m floor pen). Experimental diets for the five treatments were prepared to be iso-caloric and iso-nitrogenous. Broiler chickens were provided with feed and water ad libitum. Data on weight gain, feed consumption and feed efficiency were recorded weekly basis. At the end of the experiment (42 days of age) one bird from each replication was selected randomly, blood sample was collected and the birds were slaughtered to determine carcass parameters. Inclusion of full fat safflower seed in experimental diets, did not significantly affect weight gain, feed consumption and feed efficiency. Breast yield, thighs, empty gastrointestinal tract, liver, gizzard and abdominal fat pad percentages to live weight were not affected by dietary treatments. Serum triglyceride was numerically decreased as the full fat safflower seed was increased in the diets. 20% full fat safflower seed diet significantly decreased total serum cholesterol in compare to control group but other levels had no significant difference with control group. In conclusion, feeding different levels of full fat safflower seed did not show any negative effect on performance, carcass characteristics and blood metabolites of broiler chickens.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تأثیر سطوح مختلف دانه کامل گلرنگ بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی از سن 21 تا 42 روزگی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور مطالعه اثرات استفاده از سطوح مختلف دانه کامل گلرنگ (صفر، 5، 10، 15 و 20 درصد جیره) در سن 42-21 روزگی در تغذیه جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. 350 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی یک روزه سویه تجارتی آربور ایکرز پلاس در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 5 تکرار در جایگاه‌های بستری (پن) قرار گرفتند. جوجه ها قبل از شروع آزمایش به مدت 3 هفته با جیره غذایی آغازین تغذیه شدند و در پایان هفته سوم پس از توزین به تعداد 14 قطعه در هر پن قرار گرفتند. جیره های غذایی در همه تیمارها انرژی و پروتئین یکسانی داشتند. آب و خوراک در مدت انجام آزمایش به طور آزاد در اختیار جوجه ها قرار گرفت. در این دوره افزایش وزن، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی به صورت هفتگی اندازه‌گیری شد. در پایان آزمایش (42 روزگی) از هر تکرار یک قطعه پرنده با وزنی نزدیک به میانگین وزن تکرار انتخاب و پس از خون‌گیری، جهت بررسی صفات لاشه کشتار گردید. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که استفاده از دانه کامل گلرنگ در جیره غذایی جوجه های گوشتی در دوره 42-21 روزگی تأثیر معنی داری بر افزایش وزن روزانه، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی نداشت. در مورد صفات مربوط به تجزیه لاشه (محصول سینه، ران، کل دستگاه گوارش خالی، کبد، سنگدان و چربی محوطه شکمی) بین تیمارهای آزمایشی اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد. با افزایش سطح دانه گلرنگ، میانگین تری‌گلیسرید سرم خون نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش غیرمعنی داری نشان داد. میانگین کلسترول سرم خون در تیمار دارای 20 درصد دانه گلرنگ به طور معنی داری کمتر از گروه شاهد بود؛ ولی اختلاف سایر سطوح این دانه با تیمار شاهد معنی دار نبود. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تغذیه جوجه های گوشتی از سن 3 هفتگی با سطوح مختلف دانه کامل گلرنگ تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد، شاخص های لاشه و متابولیت‌های خون نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_29283.html}, eprint = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_29283_bf23a799a755d853d645a412fa1e3f5b.pdf} }
