The yolk of eggs extracted and cholesterol content were determined on one egg of each replicate hens in each period. Blood samples were collected in non-heparin zed tubes from six hens in each treatment through brachial vein at the end of experiment. Serum was separated after 8-10 hrs and was stored at – 20 oC for subsequent analysis. Hen performance (egg production, egg mass, feed intake, FCR and weight gain) and egg quality parameters (Haugh unit score, yolk colour index, yolk index, egg shape, shell weight, shell thickness and density) were not significantly different among treatments (P>0.05); However in all traits, the control group had numerically lower value, except egg weight that was significantly increased with supplementation of surplus date in diet. The dietary surplus date did not significantly affect egg cholesterol, ND and IBD titre, but the serum cholesterol was significantly reduced in hens fed diets contained 5% surplus date. This study suggested that the surplus date may be used up to 5% in the diet of laying hens to reduce blood cholesterol without any significant adverse effect on performance.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تأثیر سطوح مختلف ضایعات خرما بر عملکرد، خصوصیات کیفی تخم مرغ و فراسنجه های خونی در مرغان تخم گذار}, abstract_fa = {آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 144 قطعه مرغ تخم گذار در سن 26 هفته با سه تکرار 12 قطعه ای به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر سطوح مختلف ضایعات خرما در جیره بر صفات کیفی تخم مرغ، کلسترول زرده و عملکرد آنها انجام شد. مرغان با جیره های حاوی مواد مغذی و انرژی یکسان و مقادیر صفر، 5/1 ، 3 و 5 درصد ضایعات خرما در سه دوره 28 روزه تغذیه شدند. تخم مرغ ها به صورت روزانه جمع آوری و سه روز در هفته توزین و میانگین وزن هفتگی تعیین شد. به منظور مطالعه پارامترهای خونی در انتهای آزمایش از ورید بال خونگیری بعمل آمد. درصد تولید تخم مرغ، گرم تخم مرغ تولیدی روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، مقدار خوراک مصرفی، شاخص تخم مرغ، شاخص ارتفاع زرده، شاخص رنگ زرده، و وزن زرده به عنوان درصدی از وزن تخم مرغ تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند (P>0.05). میانگین وزن تخم مرغ بطور معنی داری در تیمار تغذیه شده با 5 درصد خرما بالاتر بود (P0.05). سطح کلسترول پلاسما در تیمار تغذیه شده با 5 درصد ضایعات خرما بطور معنی داری کاهش یافت (P}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_29422.html}, eprint = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_29422_36b4d8e85bd36f6d2c1f3f2c89ca48bb.pdf} }
