برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی صفات تولیدی گاوهای هلشتاین استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

رکوردهای تولید شیر وچربی 28 گله گاو هلشتاین خراسان رضوی مربوط به سالهای 1387-1368 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. صفات مورد مطالعه تولید شیر وچربی 305 روز و دو بار دوشش دوره شیردهی اول تا سوم بود. اثرات ثابت گله، سال زایش، فصل زایش و سن زایش (تابعیت درجه دوم) بر تولید شیر وچربی دوره شیردهی اول تا سوم، تولیدات هرسه دوره ( تکراررکورد) و اثر دوره خشکی شیردهی قبلی (تابعیت درجه دوم) بر تولیدات دوره شیردهی دوم وسوم معنی دار بود (01/0>p). برآورد مولفه های کو (واریانس) با روش حداکثردرست نمائی محدود شده (REML) با نرم افزار Wombat انجام گرفت. وراثت پذیری دوره شیردهی اول تا سوم (مدل تک صفته) برای صفت تولید شیر به ترتیب 27/0، 19/0 و13/0 و برای تولید چربی به ترتیب 18/0، 15/0 و 14/0 بود. وراثت پذیری تولید شیر وچربی (مدل تکرار پذیری) 21/0 و 15/0 و تکرارپذیری این صفات 46/0 و 35/0 برآورد شد. همبستگی های ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی بین مقدار شیر و مقدار چربی 84/0، 79/0 و 78/0 بود.

چکیده [English]

The milk and milk fat production records of 28 Holstein herds in Khorasan Razavi province were analyzed in this study. The records were based on 305 days of milking and were from the first to third milking periods and two times milking per day. The fixed effects of herd-year-season and age of dam at parturition as covariate were fitted in the models of analyses. The (co)variance components were estimated using REML procedure. The heritability values of the first to third lactation period of milk production were 0.27, 0.19 and 0.13; and for milk fat were 0.18, 0.15 and 0.14 respectively. The heritability values under repeatability models for milk production and milk fat were 0.21 and 0.15، respectively. The repeatability value for milk production was 0.46 and for milk fat was 0.35. Also، the genetic، phenotypic and environmental correlations between these traits were 0.84، 0.79، and 0.78، respectively.
