چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی و انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز دانه جو پرتوتابی شده با بیم الکترون در دزهای (صفر، 10، 20، 30 و 40 کیلوگری) در جوجه‏های گوشتی و خروس‏های بالغ در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. پس از تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی، انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای نیتروژن (AMEn) به روش جایگزینی و نشانگر اکسید کروم تعیین شد. نمونه جو بدون پرتو و پرتوتابی شده در دزهای مختلف در سطوح 7، 14 و 21 درصد جایگزین جیره پایه (بر اساس ذرت و سویا) گردید. تعیین انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز حقیقی تصحیح شده برای نیتروژن (TMEn) جو پرتوتابی شده با استفاده از 24 خروس بالغ نژاد ردآیلندرد به روش تغذیه اجباری سیبالد انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد فیبر نامحلول در شوینده خنثی با افزایش دز پرتو بطور معنی‏داری کاهش یافت. AMEn دانه جو در جوجه‏های گوشتی به ترتیب 8/2593، 3/2628، 1/2663، 7/2730 و 2795 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم برای دانه جو بدون پرتو و دزهای 10، 20، 30 و 40 کیلوگری بدست آمد. این نتیجه نشان داد که با افزایش دز پرتو، AMEn افزایش یافت. در خروس‏های بالغ هم TMEn با افزایش دز پرتو ( به جز 10 کیلوگری) افزایش عددی نشان داد. در مجموع می‌توان بیان نمود که پرتو بیم الکترون می‏تواند انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز دانه جو را افزایش دهد و اﺣﺘﻤـﺎﻻً سبب بهبود ارزش تغذیه‏ای آن گردد.
