چکیده

هدف از این آزمایش، بررسی تاثیر برگ مورد بر قابلیت هضم، فراسنجه‌های خونی و شکمبه‌ای و جمعیت پروتوزوای شکمبه در گوسفند عربی بود. در مرحله اول سطح مناسب برگ مورد از بین سطوح 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 درصد همراه با جیره 70 : 30 کنسانتره به علوفه با روش‌های آزمایشگاهی تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد بهترین تخمیر، تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم مربوط به سطح 4/0 درصد برگ مورد بود. در مرحله دوم آزمایش، این سطح در تغذیه 8 رأس گوسفند عربی (5/1 ± 23 کیلوگرم)، به مدت یک ماه استفاده شد. در پایان آزمایش مصرف خوراک، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، جمعیت پروتوزوآ و متابولیت‌های خونی اندازه‌گیری و داده‌های به‌دست آمده در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد استفاده از گیاه مورد تأثیری بر میزان مصرف ماده خشک و ماده آلی نداشت، اما مقدار پروتئین مصرفی را کاهش داد. قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام و NDF در تیمار حاوی مورد نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داشت، اما قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، ماده آلی و ADF جیره‌های آزمایشی تفاوت نداشت. جمعیت پروتوزوآ تحت تأثیر استفاده از برگ مورد در جیره قرار نگرفت، اما میزان نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه، تری‌گلیسرید و گلوکز خون در تیمار حاوی برگ مورد (29/8) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد (05/16) کاهش داشت. بنابراین، سطح 4/0 درصد برگ گیاه مورد دارای اثرات بهبود بر تخمیر شکمبه‌ای و اثرات مفید بر فراسنجه‌های خونی در گوسفند عربی بود، بنابراین می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان افزودنی گیاهی در جیره گوسفند استفاده کرد.
