تأثیر تغذیهای روغن سویای اکسید شده در تقابل با نقش آنتی اکسیدانی هسته انار بر فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبهای به روش آزمایشگاهی
به منظور بررسی اثرات احتمالی روغن سویای تازه، روغن سویای اکسید شده و پتانسیل آنتی اکسیدانی هسته انار بر ویژگیهای تخمیر میکروبی از آزمایشهای تولید گاز و Batch cultureاستفاده شد. فراسنجههای تولید گاز، دی اکسید کربن، متان ، تجزیه پذیری ماده خشک، فاز تأخیر، زمان متناظر با نصف حداکثر تولید گاز (5/0t) و فراسنجههای محاسباتی نظیر پروتئین میکروبی، نسبتهای مولی اسیدهای چرب فرار، انرژی قابل متابولیسم و قابلیت هضم ماده آلی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با اندازه گیریهای تکرار شده در زمان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره پایه و 4 درصد ماده خشک روغن خام تازه سویا (کنترل مجازی)، 2) جیره پایه و 4 درصد ماده خشک روغن خام اکسید شده سویا و 3) جیره پایه، 4 درصد ماده خشک روغن خام اکسید شده سویا و 8 درصد ماده خشک، هسته انار آسیاب شده بود. روغن سویای اکسید شده فراسنجههای گاز تولیدی کل، دیاکسیدکربن کل، تجزیه پذیری ماده خشک، 5/0t و پروتئین میکروبی و نسبت مولی پروپیونات، تعداد مول کل اسیدهای چرب فرار، انرژی قابل متابولیسم و قابلیت هضم ماده آلی را کاهش و درصد متان، فاز تأخیر و نسبت مولی بوتیرات و استات را در مقایسه با تیمار حاوی روغن تازه افزایش داد. افزودن هسته انار به جیره به عنوان آنتی اکسیدان به طور معنی داری باعث افزایش کل تولید گاز، دیاکسیدکربن کل، تجزیه پذیری ماده خشک، 5/0t، نسبتهای مولی پروپیونات و استات، تعداد مولهای کل اسیدهای چرب فرار، انرژی قابل متابولیسم، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی و کاهش فاز تأخیر، درصد متان و نسبت مولی بوتیرات در مقایسه با تیمار حاوی روغن اکسید شده گردید. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که روغن اکسید شده، فراسنجههای مفید مرتبط با کشت میکروبی را از لحاظ کمی کاهش میدهد، اما هسته انار اثرات مخرب اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع و ترکیبات پر اکسید روغن اکسید شده را اصلاح میکند.

تعیین ارزش غذایی کاه گندم عمل آوری شده با سطوح متفاوت گاز و مایع آمونیاک با استفاده از روشهای تولید گاز و کیسه های نایلونی
این تحقیق به منظور تعیین ارزش غذایی کاه گندم عمل آوری شده با سطوح متفاوت گاز و مایع آمونیاک (2، 4 و 6 درصد)، با استفاده از تکنیکهای تولید گاز و کیسههای نایلونی انجام شد. میزان تولید گاز و تجزیه پذیری ماده خشک در زمان های3، 6، 12، 24، 36، 48، 72، 96 و 120 ساعت تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که همگام با افزایش سطح گاز یا مایع آمونیاک مورد استفاده جهت عمل آوری، CP کاه افزایش، اما NDF و ADF کاهش پیدا کرد به گونه ای که سطح 6% گاز و نیز مایع آمونیاک به طور معنیداری، بیشترین تاثیر را بر هر کدام از این ترکیبات داشتند. نتایج حاصل از روش In situ نشان داد که بخشa، b، c و نیز PD و ED مرتبط با ناپدید شدن ماده خشک، همگام با افزایش سطوح گاز یا مایع آمونیاک افزایش پیدا میکنند به گونهای که در بین تیمارها، سطح 6% گاز و نیز مایع آمونیاک، به طور معنیداری، بیشترین تاثیر بر میزان هر کدام از این فراسنجهها را داشتند. نتایج حاصل از تولید گاز نشان داد که مجموع گاز تولید شده در 24 ساعت و نیز فراسنجههای a، c، ME، NEL، OMD و SCFA تولید گاز به طور معنیداری، در سطح 6% گاز و مایع آمونیاک بیشترین بودند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که همگام با افزایش گاز یا مایع آمونیاک مورداستفاده، کیفیت کاه افزایش پیدا میکند، گرچه در بین کلیه تیمارها، سطح 6% مایع آمونیاک به واسطه داشتن رطوبت بالاتر، اثر بهتری بر ارزش غذایی کاه داشت.

ارزش تغذیهای گیاه خار مریم برای گوسفند و تاثیر آن بر هضم مواد فیبری و پروتئینی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی گوارش پذیری و تخمیر خار مریم و تاثیر آن بر تخمیر و گوارش مواد فیبری (کاه گندم) و پروتئینی (کنجاله سویا) در گوسفند عربی تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی ذرت انجام پذیرفت. در این آزمایش از 12 راس گوسفند نر با میانگین وزن 22/1±37 کیلوگرم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل، جیره شاهد (فاقد خارمریم) و جیرههای مکمل شده با سطوح مختلف خارمریم (5، 10 و 20 گرم درصد ماده خشک) و طول مدت آزمایش 84 روز بود. در آزمایش دامی ماده خشک مصرفی، قابلیتهضم، pH مایع شکمبه، غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی مایع شکمبه و متابولیت های خونی اندازه گیری شدند. فراسنجه های تولیدگاز و قابلیتهضم آزمایشگاهی مواد مغذی کاه گندم و کنجاله سویا انکوبه شده با مایع شکمبه گوسفندان تغذیه شده با خارمریم نیز اندازه گیری شد. ماده خشک مصرفی، نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه، هضم NDF، گلوکز و نیتروژن اورهای خون در جیرههای حاوی خارمریم کاهش معنیداری نسبت با شاهد داشت. اما قابلیتهضم ماده خشک و ADF جیرههای آزمایشی تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف خارمریم به صورت عددی افزایش یافت و pH کاهش غیر معنیداری نشان داد. جیرههای حاوی گیاه خارمریم تاثیر منفی بر قابلیتهضم و پتانسیل تولیدگاز کاه و کنجاله سویا نداشتند. به طور کلی، نتایج مشخص نمود که استفاده از خارمریم تا سطح 200 گرم در کیلوگرم در جیره تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد و سلامت حیوان ندارد. همچنین افزودن خارمریم به جیره تاثیر منفی بر هضم مواد الیافی (کاه) و پروتئینی (کنجاله سویا) نداشت.

تأثیرجیرههای حاوی فرآورده های فرعی پسته ی تیمار شده با بیم الکترون، سود و پلی اتیلن گلایکول بر قابلیت هضم و عملکرد بره های پرواری زندی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر فرآورده های فرعی پسته ی تیمار شده با بیم الکترون، پلی اتیلن گلایکول و هیدروکسید سدیم بر عملکرد و قابلیت هضم برههای پرواری، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با استفاده از 20 رأس بره نر زندی (52/1±21 کیلوگرم) به مدت 70 روز انجام شد. جیره های آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (حاوی 22 درصد فرآورده های فرعی پسته، تیمار 1) و جیره حاوی فرآورده های فرعی پسته ی تیمار شده با بیم الکترون (دز 30 کیلوگرم، تیمار 2)، هیدروکسید سدیم (چهار درصد، تیمار 3) و پلی اتیلن گلایکول (15 گرم در کیلوگرم، تیمار 4) بود. میانگین افزایش وزن و خوراک روزانه مصرفی جیره حاوی فرآورده های فرعی پرتوتابی شده بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. ضریب تبدیل بهتر در تیمار سود و پرتوتابی مشاهده شد. بیشترین مقدار قابلیت هضم ماده آلی در تیمار پرتوتابی شده (18/81 درصد ماده خشک) و کم ترین در تیمار سود (22/72 درصد ماده خشک) مشاهده شد. استفاده از پرتوتابی و پلی اتیلن گلایکول سبب افزایش قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام شد. قابلیت هضم الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی در تیمار پرتوتابی شده نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از فرآورده های فرعی پسته تیمار شده با بیم الکترون باعث بهبود عملکرد و قابلیت هضم در بره های پرواری زندی می شود.

گوارشپذیری مواد مغذی، فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبهای و عملکرد تولیدی در پاسخ به منبع دانه غله و مکمل روغن در جیره گاوهای شیری هلشتاین
اثرات منبع غله و مکمل روغن بر گوارشپذیری مواد مغذی، فراسنجههای تخمیر شکمبه و عملکرد تولیدی گاوهای شیری با استفاده از هشت رأس گاو هلشتاین چند بار زایش (3/1 ± 3/3) در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 2 × 2 و بر پایه طرح مربع لاتین (4 × 4) دو بار تکرار شده ارزیابی شدند. جیرههای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: 1) جیرهای بر پایه 100 درصد دانه جو در بخش کنسانتره با 2 درصد (بر اساس ماده خشک جیره) روغن ماهی؛ 2) جیرهای بر پایه 100 درصد دانه جو در بخش کنسانتره با 2 درصد روغن سویا؛ 3) جیرهای بر پایه 100 درصد دانه ذرت در بخش کنسانتره با 2 درصد روغن ماهی؛ و 4) جیرهای بر پایه 100 درصد دانه ذرت در بخش کنسانتره با 2 درصد روغن سویا. ماده خشک مصرفی در جیرههایی بر پایه جو در مقایسه با جیرههایی بر پایه ذرت تمایل به افزایش داشت. این در حالی است که ماده خشک مصرفی در جیرههای حاوی روغن ماهی در مقایسه با جیرههای حاوی روغن سویا کاهش یافت. گوارشپذیری ظاهری ماده خشک و عصاره اتری در کل دستگاه گوارش در جیرههایی بر پایه ذرت در مقایسه با جیرههایی بر پایه جو بیشتر بودند. روغن ماهی گوارشپذیری ظاهری کربوهیدرات غیر الیافی و عصاره اتری را در مقایسه با روغن سویا کاهش داد. غلظت مولاری پروپیونات متأثر از اثر متقابل بین اثرات اصلی شد. در جیرههایی بر پایه جو در مقایسه با جیرههایی بر پایه ذرت، غلظت مولاری پروپیونات شکمبه گاوهای تغذیه شده با روغن سویا افزایش یافت. منبع غله تأثیری بر تولید شیر و ترکیبات آن نداشت. روغن ماهی در مقایسه با روغن سویا تولید شیر و ترکیبات آن را به طور منفی تحت تأثیر قرار داد. بین تیمارهای آزمایشی بازده خوراک بدون تغییر باقی ماند. نتایج نشان داد اثر متقابلی بین منبع غله و مکمل روغن بر عملکرد تولیدی گاوهای شیری وجود ندارد. تغذیه روغن ماهی در مقایسه با روغن سویا (اما نه تغییر دادن تخمیرپذیری جیرهها) با کم کردن ماده خشک مصرفی عملکرد تولیدی گاوهای شیری را تحت تأثیر قرار نداد.

اثرات لسیتین سویا، روغن سویا و چربی حیوانی بر عملکرد و بیان ژن SREBP-1 در جوجههای گوشتی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثرات لسیتین سویا، روغن سویا و چربی حیوانی بر عملکرد و بیان ژن فاکتور موثر بر نسخه برداری SREBP-1 در کبد جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. در این آزمایش از 768 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی سویه تجاری راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل 4×3 با 4 تکرار و 16 قطعه جوجه در هر واحد آزمایشی استفاده شد. جوجه ها با 3 نوع چربی (لسیتین سویا، روغن سویا و چربی حیوانی) در 4 سطح (0، 1، 2 و 3 درصد جیره غذایی) از 1 تا 42 روزگی تغذیه شدند. جیره های آزمایشی از نظر انرژی قابل متابولیسم و پروتئین خام یکسان بودند. لسیتین سویا میانگین خوراک مصرفی و میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه پرندگان را در کل دوره آزمایشی نسبت به چربی حیوانی و روغن سویا بطور معنیداری بهبود بخشید. روغن سویا در مقایسه با چربی حیوانی ، باعث بهبود معنیدار ضریب تبدیل غذایی در کل دوره پرورش شد. با افزایش سطح چربی جیره میانگین وزن 42 روزگی، میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه و میانگین خوراک مصرفی روزانه افزایش یافت. اثر نوع و سطح چربی جیره غذایی بر وزن سینه، ران، کبد، چربی شکمی، پیش معده و سنگدان، پشت و گردن، دئودنوم، سکومها و بیان ژن فاکتور موثر بر نسخه برداری SREBP-1 معنی-دار نبود. با افزایش سطح چربی در جیره وزن لاشه قابل مصرف و قلب افزایش یافت. سطح 1 درصد چربی بیشترین وزن ژژنوم را ایجاد کرد. لسیتین سویا بیشترین وزن بال و چربی حیوانی بیشترین وزن ایلئوم را موجب شدند. بیشترین سطح HDL سرم در جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره بدون چربی و جیره حاوی روغن سویا مشاهده شد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که لسیتین سویا را میتوان در جیره جوجه های گوشتی مورد استفاده قرار داد.

اثرات آنتی اکسیدانی α-توکوفرول استات، پوست و عصاره پوست انار در جیره های حاوی روغن ماهی بر کیفیت گوشت ران و سینه جوجه های گوشتی
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثرات آنتی اکسیدانی α-توکوفرول استات، پوست و عصاره پوست انار در جیره های حاوی روغن ماهی بر درصد چربی، الگوی اسید چرب، اکسیداسیون و میزان ترکیبات فنلی گوشت های ران، سینه جوجه های گوشتی، انجام شد. تعداد 384 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یکروزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی، با 8 تیمار غذایی و 4 تکرار 12 جوجه ای در هر واحد آزمایشی، به مدت 42 روز تغذیه شدند. جهت غنیسازی گوشت، 2 درصد روغن ماهی به همه جیره ها افزوده شد. هشت تیمار غذایی شامل: جیره شاهد فاقد آنتی اکسیدان، جیره شاهد حاوی 200 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم α-توکوفرول استات، جیره های حاوی 100،200 و 300 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره پوست انار و جیره های حاوی 10، 20 و 30 گرم در کیلوگرم پوست انار بودند. همه جیره ها دارای غلظت انرژی قابل متابولیسم و درصد مواد مغذی یکسان و براساس راهنمای پرورش راس 308 تنظیم شدند. در سن 42 روزگی از هر تکرار یک قطعه جوجه انتخاب و پس از ذبح، گوشت ران و سینه به طور جداگانه 2 بار چرخ و به دو زیر نمونه تقسیم که یکی در دمای C4⁰+ و دیگری در دمای C20⁰- جداگانه نگهداری شدند. آنالیز ترکیب اسید چرب، با استفاده از دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی از نمونه های نگهداری شده در دمای C20⁰- انجام شد. جهت بررسی پایداری اکسیداتیو هر نمونه گوشت، میزان مالون دی آلدهاید (MDA) و فعالیت خنثی سازی رادیکال آزاد DPPH در طی روز های 0، 7 و 11 بعد از آزمایش با استفاده از نمونه های نگهداری شده در دمای C4⁰+، اندازه گیری شد. اندازه گیری ترکیبات فنلی عضلات با استفاده از روش فولین -سیکالتو انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که، میزان ذخیره اسیدهای چرب: اسید ایکوزا پنتانوئیک (EPA)، اسید دوکوزا پنتانوئیک (DPA)، اسید دوکوزا هگزانوئیک (DHA) و ترکیبات فنلی، در هر دو نمونه گوشت در جوجه های تغذیه شده با جیرههای حاوی α-توکوفرول استات و عصاره پوست انار، افزایش نشان داد(05/0p

تأثیر استفاده از جاذبهای معدنی و آلی بر عملکرد و وزن اندامهای داخلی جوجههای گوشتی در آفلاتوکسیکوزیس تجربی
این تحقیق در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با نه تیمار آزمایشی و چهار تکرار و با در نظر گرفتن دوازده قطعه جوجه در هر واحد آزمایشی جمعاً بر روی 432 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس- 308 انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره عاری از آفلاتوکسین، جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین به میزان (ppb254)، پنج جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین مکمل شده با سطوح 2/0، 4/0، 6/0، 8/0 و 1 درصد اسید هومیک، جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین مکمل شده با 5/0 درصد بنتونیت سدیم و جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین مکمل شده با 1/0 درصد دیواره سلولی مخمر بودند. برای مقایسه تفاوت بین گروهها از آزمون چند دامنهای دانکن استفاده شد. آزمایش از سن 7 روزگی پرندگان تحت آزمایش شروع و در سن 35 روزگی به اتمام رسید. آلوده نمودن جیره ها به آفلاتوکسین و افزودن جاذبهای آن اثرات معنیداری بر عملکرد و وزن نسبی اندامهای داخلی جوجههای گوشتی داشت (05/0>P). استفاده از جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین و جاذبهای آن، سبب افزایش معنیدار میزان مصرف خوراک نسبت به جیره بدون آفلاتوکسین شد. کمترین مقدار افزایش وزن در پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی آفلاتوکسین بدون مواد جاذب مشاهده شد. استفاده از 2/0 درصد اسید هومیک موجب بهبود معنیدار افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در پرندگان تغذیه شده به جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین گردید. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که اسید هومیک میتواند موجب کاهش اثر منفی جیرههای آلوده به آفلاتوکسین بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی شود.

اثر سطوح مختلف اسانس نعناع، لیمو، آویشن و زنیان بر عملکرد، فراسنجه های خونی و بیان ژنهای لیپوژنیک کبدی در جوجه های گوشتی
این آزمایش برای ارزیابی اثرات سطوح مختلف چهار اسانس گیاهی نعناع، لیمو، آویشن و زنیان بر عملکرد و فراسنجه های خونی جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. بدین منظور 312 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه ی آرین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 13 گروه مختلف با شش تکرار اختصاص یافت. جیرههای آزمایشی بر پایه ذرت و سویا و اسیدهای آمینه سنتتیک تهیه شدند. بعد از دو روز عادت پذیری با جیره پایه، هر یک از اسانسها در سه سطح 50، 100 و 150 پی پی ام مکمل خوراک پایه شدند. وزن کشی به صورت هفتگی انجام گرفت و ضریب تبدیل غذایی و مصرف خوراک محاسبه شد. در روز 42 قبل از کشتار خونگیری به عمل آمد و برخی از فراسنجه های خونی از قبیل پروتئین کل، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، HDL-c و LDL-c توسط کیت های تجاری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. بیان نسبی ژن های فتی اسید سنتاز و مالیک آنزیم کبدی نیز با استفاده از RT-PCR صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که دوز بالای اسانس نعناع موجب کاهش افزایش وزن روزانه پرندهها در دوره رشد گردید. مکمل نمودن اسانس های گیاهی در مقایسه با شاهد، تأثیر معنی داری بر بیان ژن فتیاسیدسینتاز کبدی، و متابولیت های خونی مورد سنجش نداشته است، در حالی که بیان نسبی ژن مالیک آنزیم کبدی در گروهی از پرندگان که از یک جیره مکمل شده با اسانس نعناع در سطح 150 پی پی ام تغذیه کرده بودند در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش معنی داری نشان داد. بنابراین اسانس نعناع در سطح 150 پی پی ام می تواند بر بیان ژن آنزیم مالیک تأثیر گذاشته و همچنین بر عملکرد پرندهها تأثیر سویی داشته باشد.

در پژوهش حاضر دادههای 14030، 6215، 3588 و 6140 رأس بره از نژادهای بلوچی، ایرانبلک، ماکوئی و زندی برای برآورد ضریب همخونی و اثرات آن بر صفت زندهمانی استفاده شد. تعداد رکوردهای مورد استفاده برای آنالیز صفت زندهمانی در نژادهای فوق به ترتیب 10793، 4826، 3588 و 6140 بودند. جمعیت همخون در نژاد بلوچی، ایرانبلک، ماکوئی و زندی به ترتیب 63/17، 25/58، 88/4 و 32/36 درصد از جمعیت کل را تشکیل دادند. میانگین ضریب همخونی کل جمعیت و جمعیت همخون در نژاد بلوچی به ترتیب 66/0 و 73/3 درصد، در نژاد ایرانبلک به ترتیب 59/4 و 90/7 درصد، در نژاد ماکوئی به ترتیب 25/0 و 86/4 درصد و در نژاد زندی به ترتیب 22/1 و 61/3 درصد بودند. میانگین زندهمانی در نژادهای بلوچی، ایرانبلک، ماکوئی و زندی به ترتیب 11/89، 44/84، 40/90 و 37/87 درصد برآورد شد. میانگین ضریب همخونی در سالهای مورد مطالعه برای هر چهار نژاد روند افزایشی داشت. تجزیه و تحلیل اثر همخونی بر صفت زندمانی با روش حداکثر درستنمایی محدود شده با استفاده از 12 مدل حیوانی انجام گرفت. ضریب تابعیت زندهمانی از همخونی در نژادهای بلوچی، ایرانبلک، ماکوئی و زندی با بهترین مدل به ترتیب 11/0±26/0-، 11/0±35/0-، 82/1±25/0- و 20/0±04/0- درصد برآورد شد، که این ضرایب برای نژادهای بلوچی و ایرانبلک از نظر آماری معنیدار بوده ولی برای نژادهای زندی و ماکوئی معنیدار نبود. در نتیجه به منظور جلوگیری از افزایش اثرات زیانآور ناشی از همخونی باید با حذف آمیزشهای خویشاوندی بسیار نزدیک و افزایش آمیزشهای دور، همخونی را در این گلهها مدیریت کرد.

برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی و محیطی صفات رشد و درصد مرگ و میردر برههای قرهگل
به منظور برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی و محیطی صفات رشد و درصد مرگ و میر برههای قرهگل قبل از شیرگیری از 4929 رکورد جمعآوری شده مربوط به 207 قوچ و 1856 میش در ایستگاه اصلاح نژاد گوسفند قرهگل سرخس، از سال1373 تا 1389 استفادهگردید. صفات مورد مطالعه عبارت بودند از: وزن تولد، وزن 1ماهگی، وزن شیرگیری، متوسط سرعت رشدروزانه از تولد تا شیرگیری، درصد مرگ و میر برهها از تولد تا 1، 2،4،8 و14 هفته. هر یک از صفات جداگانه با در نظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر و معنیدار در مدل شامل جنس، نوع تولد، سال تولد، سن مادر و وزن زایش میش بعنوان متغیرکمکی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرارگرفتند. مدل مادری برای آنالیز صفات رشد و مدل رگرسیون کاکس برای آنالیز درصد مرگ و میر استفاده گردید. روندژنتیکی صفات وزن تولد، وزن 1 ماهگی، وزن شیرگیری و متوسط سرعت رشد روزانه از تولد تا شیرگیری به ترتیب 002/0±012/0،004/0±028/0،001/0±125/0و001/0±015/0کیلوگرم در سال برآورد شد. وراثت پذیری مستقیم صفات وزن تولد، وزن 1 ماهگی، وزن شیرگیری و متوسط سرعت رشد روزانه از تولد تا شیرگیری به ترتیب03/0±16/0، 01/0±15/0،04/0±17/0 ،05/0±21/ .0 و وراثت پذیری مادری این صفات 0001/0±005/0 ،014/0±06/0 ، 0001/0±003/0و 03/0±1/0 برآورد شد. وراثت پذیری صفات درصد مرگ و میر برهها قبل از شیرگیری به ترتیب 01/0±01/0، 01/0±02/0، 02/0±04/0، 01/0±05/0و 02/0±06/0 برآوردگردید. درصد مرگ و میر تجمعی برهها تا سن شیرگیری 15 درصد بود. نتایج نشان میدهد اصلاح ژنتیکی صفات رشد در برهها امکان پذیر میباشد، ولی در صفات درصد مرگ و میر برهها نقش عوامل محیطی در بهبود صفات بسیار مهم تر میباشد.

مطالعه توزیع آماری اثرات QTL بر صحت ارزش های اصلاحی ژنومی برآورد شده با روش Bayesian
هدف تحقیق بررسی اثر دو توزیع گاما و بتا به طور جداگانه بر صحت ارزیابی ژنتیکی بود. به این منظور ژنومی متشکل از 10 کروموزوم هر یک به طول 200 سانتی مورگان شبیه سازی شد. نشانگرها بر روی ژنوم با فواصل 2/0 سانتی مورگان طراحی شدند و جایگاه های ژنی مؤثر بر صفات بر روی ژنوم با توزیع تصادفی و تعداد متغیر شبیه سازی شدند و تنها اثرات افزایشی ژن ها در نظر گرفته شد. در ابتدا جمعیت پایه ای از حیوانات با اندازه مؤثر 100 شبیه سازی شد و این ساختار جمعیتی برای 50 نسل با آمیزش تصادفی ادامه یافت تا عدم تعادل پیوستگی بین نشانگرها و QTL ایجاد شود. پس از این اندازه جمعیت به 1000 فرد در نسل 51 (نسل مرجع) گسترش یافت. در نسل مرجع براساس اطلاعات ژنومیک و فنوتیپی اثرات نشانگری محاسبه گردید. در نسل 52 تا 57 (نسل هدف) ارزش اصلاحی محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که در همه توزیع ها هر چه از جمعیت مرجع دور می شویم، با افزایش نسل ها از نسل 51 به 57 صحت برآورد ارزش اصلاحی ژنومی کاهش مییابد. همچنین وراثت پذیری بالا (2/0) نسبت به وراثت پذیری پایین (05/0) در تعداد QTL مشابه از صحت بیشتری برخوردار می باشد. در مقایسه توزیع ها در وراثت پذیری پایین، با تعداد 10 QTL، توزیع گاما 2، با تعداد 20 QTL، توزیع گاما 1 و با تعداد 50 و 100 QTL توزیع بتا برآوردها صحت بیشتری در دو روش Lasso و Ridge داشتند؛ در وراثت پذیری بالا، با تعداد 50 و 100 QTL توزیع گاما 2 در دو روش Lasso و Ridge برتری داشت. به طورکلی توزیع گاما باعث افزایش صحت برآورد ارزش اصلاحی ژنومی شد.

برآورد روند ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی صفات وزن بدن در سنین مختلف در گوسفند لری
هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد روند ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی صفات وزن بدن در سنین مختلف در گوسفندان لری جهت ارزیابی برنامههای اصلاح نژادی در این نژاد بود. به این منظور از تعداد 6440، 5646، 5073 و 4757 رکورد مربوط به صفات وزن تولد، شیرگیری، شش ماهگی و نه ماهگی گوسفندان لری که طی سالهای 1380 تا 1389 توسط مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان لرستان جمعآوری شده بود، استفاده گردید. وراثتپذیری مستقیم و مادری صفات با استفاده از روش حداکثر درستنمایی محدود شده و برازش شش مدل حیوانی تک صفتی برآورد شدند. انتخاب مناسبترین مدل برای هر صفت با استفاده از معیار اطلاعات آکایک صورت گرفت. ارزشهای اصلاحی جهت محاسبه روند ژنتیکی هر صفت، با استفاده از بهترین مدل دام تک صفتی برآورد گردید. روند فنوتیپی، ژنتیکی و محیطی به ترتیب از طریق تابعیت میانگین فنوتیپی، میانگین ارزش اصلاحی و تفاوت ارزش اصلاحی از ارزش فنوتیپی بر سال تولد برآورد شدند. روند فنوتیپی برای صفات وزن تولد، شیرگیری، شش ماهگی و نه ماهگی به ترتیب 016/0، 065/0، 032/0 و 783/0- کیلوگرم در سال برآورد شد. روند ژنتیکی مستقیم برای صفات وزن تولد، شیرگیری، شش ماهگی و نه ماهگی به ترتیب 008/0، 001/0، 055/0 و 076/0 کیلوگرم در سال برآورد شد. روند ژنتیکی مستقیم برای همه صفات به جز وزن نه ماهگی معنیدار بود. پیشرفت ژنتیکی برای همه صفات ناچیز بود. عدم وجود یک معیار انتخاب صحیح و نیز نوسانات شرایط محیطی و مدیریتی از عوامل مهم در پایین بودن میزان پیشرفت ژنتیکی در حیوانات مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق میباشند.

مطالعه تأثیر پربیوتیک مانان_الیگوساکارید و بتا-1و3 - گلوکان بر برخی شاخص های هماتولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)
اثر مقطعی استفاده از پربیوتیک مانان_الیگوساکارید و بتا-1و3-گلوکان بر برخی مشخصههای خونی و بیوشیمی سرم خون ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) پس از 6 هفته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بچه ماهیان به میزان 5/1 گرم پربیوتیک در هر کیلوگرم جیره با چهار استراتژی تغذیه ای شامل تیمار شاهد (A): تغذیه با جیره تجاری و پایه بدون پربیوتیک بمدت 6 هفته، تیمار B: تغذیه مداوم با پربیوتیک بمدت 6 هفته، تیمار C: تغذیه با جیره حاوی پربیوتیک بمدت یک هفته و سپس تغذیه با جیره شاهد بدون پربیوتیک به مدت یک هفته و سپس تکرار این عمل تا هفته ششم و تیمار D: تغذیه با جیره حاوی پربیوتیک به مدت 2 روز و در ادامه تغذیه با جیره بدون پربیوتیک بمدت 5 روز و سپس ادامه این فرآیند تا هفته ششم پرورش داده شدند. نتایج نشان داد تغذیه ماهیان با استراتژی مداوم پربیوتیکی سبب شد تعداد کل گلبولهای سفید، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، مونوسیت، هتروفیل و لنفوسیت در مقایسه با گروه شاهد و سایر استراتژیهای تغذیهای افزایش یابد اگرچه تفاوت معنیداری بدست نیامد ولی افزایش معنی داری در تعداد کل گلبولهای قرمز حاصل شد. میزان گلوکز، تری گلیسرید و کلسترول در ماهیان تغذیه شده با استراتژی مداوم نسبت به سایر تیمار ها پایین تر ولی درصد پروتئین تام و آلبومین بالاتر بود ولی تفاوت معنیدار نبود. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که افزودن 5/1 گرم پربیوتیک مانان الیگوساکارید و بتا 1-3 گلوکان در هر کیلوگرم جیره غذایی بچه ماهیان قزل آلای پرورشی با استراتژی مداوم می تواند منجر به بهبود مشخصههای خونی شود.
