اثر جایگزینی سطوح مختلف جلبک سارگاسوم ایلیسیفولیوم به جای سیلو بر عملکرد و فرآسنجههای خونی وشکمبه ای بره های زل
جلبک دریایی گونهSargassumilicifolium برای تغذیه دام می تواند مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی ارزش غذایی جلبک دریایی سارگاسوم ایلیسیفولیوم به عنوان یک خوراک غذایی در تغذیه گوسفندان می باشد. در این آزمایش از پنج جیره حاوی0،، 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد جلبک دریایی استفاده شد. 25 رأس گوسفند در 5 گروه 5 تایی به صورت تصادفی دسته بندی شدند. طرح آزمایشی استفاده شده طرح کاملا تصادفی بود. در این تحقیق ترکیب شیمیایی، تجزیه پذیری ماده خشک جلبک، فرآسنجه های عملکردی و شکمبه ا ی و الکترولیت های خون بره ها اندازه-گیری شدند. اثرات تیمار بر روی مصرف خوراک معنی داری نبود (05/0P>). با افزایش سطح جلبک در جیره مصرف آب به صورت معنی دار افزایش یافت (05/0P)، اما بر روی غلظت پتاسیم خون معنی دار بود. سطوح مختلف جلبک سارگاسوم ایلیسیفولیوم بر غلظت پتاسیم، کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید اثرات معنی دار داشتند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که از سارگاسوم ایلیسیفولیوم می توان به عنوان یک خوراک غیر مرسوم تا 40 درصد علوفه مصرفی گوسفندان استفاده نمود.

ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی، ترکیب شیمیایی و فرآسنجههای تخمیری اندازه گیری شده به روش تولید گاز یونجه اوایل غنچه دهی برداشت شده در چین های مختلف و در صبح و بعدازظهر
در مورد ارزش تغذیه ای یونجه کشت داده شده در شرایط نیمه خشک شمال شرق ایران در چین های مختلف و در صبح و بعدازظهر اطلاعات اندکی موجود است. در این آزمایش اثر چین های مختلف یونجه برداشت شده در اوایل غنچه دهی در طول فصل رشد و زمان چیدن (ساعت 6 صبح و 6 بعدازظهر) بر ترکیب شیمیایی و فرآسنجه های تخمیری اندازه گیری شده به روش تولید گاز بررسی شد. یونجه چین های 1 و 2 (برداشت شده در بهار) در مقایسه با چین های 3 و 4 (برداشت شده در تابستان) محتوای پروتئین خام، خاکستر، میزان تولید گاز، انرژی متابولیسمی، انرژی خالص شیردهی، اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر و قابلیت هضم ماده آلی آزمایشگاهی بیشتر و فیبر نامحلول در شوینده خنثی (NDF) و فیبر نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی (ADF) کمتری داشتند. چیدن یونجه در صبح در مقایسه با بعدازظهر مقدار پروتئین خام را افزایش و محتوای برگ و نسبت برگ به ساقه را کاهش داد. چیدن یونجه در صبح و یا بعدازظهر تأثیری بر فرآسنجه های تخمیری یونجه خشک نداشت. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که یونجه اوایل غنچه دهی برداشت شده در فصل بهار و بعدازظهر دارای ارزش تغذیه ای بهتری نسبت به یونجه اوایل غنچه دهی در تابستان و صبح می باشد.

تعیین دوره های بحرانی آب و هوایی در مدیریت گاوهای شیری شمال شرق ایران با استفاده از شاخص رطوبتی-دمایی (THI)
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی امکان پیش بینی وقوع تنش گرمایی در گاوهای شیری و تعیین دورههای بحرانی آب و هوایی انجام شد.رایج ترین شاخص جهت برآورد میزان تنش گرمایی در گاوهای شیری، شاخص رطوبتی-دمایی(THI) است. در این مطالعه،شاخصTHIیوسف (1985) برای تجزیه و تحلیل اثرات دما و رطوبت مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده های هواشناسی از ایستگاه تحقیقات هواشناسی شمال شرق ایران گرفته شد. پس از محاسبهTHI، تغییرات آن به کمک نمودارهای پراکندگی بررسی ومقادیرTHIتوسط طرح فاکتوریل دو عاملی آنالیزشد. ازنظر آماری،تغییرات THI روند ثابتی در طول سال داشتند. اثرات سال معنی دار بود ومیانگین های ماهانهTHI تفاوت های معنی داری در طول سال داشتند.بالاترین مقادیرTHI در ماه جولای (11 تیر تا 10 مرداد)بدست آمدکه مقادیر THIدر بسیاری ساعات بالاتر از مقادیر آستانه احتمال وقوع تنش حرارتی بود. همچنین تعداد 186291 رکورد تولید شیر یک گاوداری بزرگ صنعتی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. اطلاعات بدست آمده نشان داد که تولید شیر نیز روندی ثابت، اما مخالف تغییراتTHI در طول سال داشت؛ به نحوی که با افزایش مقدار THI و عبور آن از مقادیر آستانه احتمال وقوع تنش گرمایی، میزان تولید شیر کاهش یافته و در ماه جولای به کمترین مقدار خود میرسید. به طور کلی شاخص THI جهت تعیین دوره های بحرانی آب و هوایی و پیش بینی احتمال وقوع تنش گرمایی در گاوهای شیری مؤثر بوده و میتواند راهنمای مناسب گاوداران جهت انجام به موقع اقدامات پیش گیرانه باشد.

مقایسه ساختار مولکولی پروتئین ها و کربوهیدرات های برخی از ارقام سورگوم با استفاده از تکنیک طیف سنجی فوریه انتقال مادون قرمز (FTIR) و آنالیز چند متغیره
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی ساختار مولکولی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات ارقام سورگوم با استقاده از تکنیک طیف سنجی فوریه انتقال مادون قرمز و آنالیز چند متغیره انجام شد. ارقام سورگوم شامل: 1- کیمیا، 2- سپیده، 3- M2 و 4- M8 بود. گروه های عاملی مولکول پروتئین و کربوهیدرات مطالعه شده شامل: 1- سطح و ارتفاع پیک جذب پروتئین آمید 1، 2- آمید 2، 3-آلفا هلیکس، 4- صفحات بتا، 5- پیک جذب 860 (کربو هیدرات غیر ساختاری)، 6- پیک جذب 928 (کربوهیدرات غیر ساختاری)، 7- کربوهیدرات کل با سه پیک اصلی، 8- ترکیبات سلولزی و نسبت های مختلف گروهای عاملی بود. نتایج طیف سنجی فوریه انتقال مادون قرمز نشان داد که بین ارقام سورگوم به لحاظ ساختار مولکولی پروتئین ها و کربوهیدرات ها اختلاف معنی دار وجود دارد. کیمیا بیشترین سطح و ارتفاع پیک جذب آمید 1، آمید 2، آلفا هلیکس، صفحات بتا، کربوهیدرات غیر ساختاری، کربوهیدرات کل و ترکیبات سلولزی را داشت. ارقام سپیده، M2 و M8 ساختار مولکولی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات مشابهی داشتند. تفاوت در ساختار مولکولی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات می تواند دسترسی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات را در نشخوار کنندگان و تک معده ای ها تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. آزمایشات بیشتری لازم است تا تأثیر واریته بر ساختار مولکولی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات سورگوم و ارتباط بین ساختار مولکولی پروتئین و کربوهیدرات خوراک با قابلیت دست رسی مواد مغذی در نشخوارکنندگان و تک معده ای ها بررسی شود.

تعیین میزان تجزیهپذیری و ضرایب هضمی کنجاله کانولا با روشهای کیسههای نایلونی و تولید گاز
تحقیق حاضر به منظور تعیین ارزش غذایی کنجاله کانولا با استفاده از روشهای کیسههای نایلونی و آزمون تولید گاز تجمعی انجام شد. در این پژوهش تعداد دو رأس گوسفند نر اخته فیستولاگذاری شده (2±45 کیلوگرم) نژاد قزل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. مقدار گاز تجمعی تولیدی در زمانهای 2، 4، 6، 8، 12، 16، 24، 36، 48 و 72 ساعت و تجزیهپذیـری به روش کیسههـای نایلونی تا زمان 96 ساعت اندازهگیری گردید. ضرایب تجزیهپذیری بخش محلول پروتئین خام کنجاله کانولا (A)، کنجاله کانولا فرآوری شده با 5/0 درصد اوره (B) و کنجاله کانولا فرآوری شده با مایکروویو (C) به ترتیب 74/4، 81/15 و 15 درصد و برای بخش قابل تخمیر به ترتیب 05/31، 62/39 و 55/65 درصد بودند. پتانسیل تولید گاز تجمعی بخش محلول و بخش غیرمحلول (a+b) تیمارهای A، B و C به ترتیب 13/252، 57/213 و 88/240 میلیلیتر در گرم ماده خشک بودند. پروتئین قابل متابولیسم تیمارهای A، B و C نیز به ترتیب 11/283، 33/329 و 39/284 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بود که از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند. ضریب همبستگی به دست آمده بین تجزیهپذیری ماده خشک و میزان گاز تجمعی تولیدی برای تیمارهای مورد آزمایش به ترتیب 958/0، 976/0 و 932/0 بود و این ضریب بین تجزیهپذیری پروتئین خام و میزان گاز تجمعی تولیدی به ترتیب 987/0، 994/0 و 989/0 بود. بالا بودن همبستگی بین روشهای کیسههای نایلونی و تولید گاز تجمعی نشان دهنده صحت استفاده از روش تولید گاز تجمعی با هزینه کمتر در تعیین قابلیت هضم مواد خوراکی است.

بررسی اثر سطح پروتئین و لیزین جیره برکمیت و کیفیت تولید مرغهای تخمگذار در سن 28 تا 42 هفتگی
جهت بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف پروتئین خام و لیزین جیره بر شاخص های تولیدی تخم مرغ،720قطعه مرغ تخمگذار (Hy-line W-36) با 15 تیمار غذایی تغذیه شدند. تیمارهای غذایی شامل سه سطح پروتئین (14، 15 و 16 درصد) و پنج سطح لیزین (71/0، 74/0، 77/0، 80/0 و 83/0 درصد) بودند که به روش فاکتوریل 5×3 و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اعمال شدند. مرغ ها به مدت چهار دوره 28 روزه از سن 28 تا 44 هفتگی تغذیه شدند. هر سه قفس مجاوربا 12 قطعه مرغ یک تکرار را تشکیل دادند و هر چهار تکرار مرغ با یک جیره تغذیه شدند. با افزایش سطح پروتئین جیره، تولید تخم مرغ از 86 به 8 /87 درصد در کل دوره افزایش یافت (5 0/0P< ). وزن تخم مرغ، گرم تخم مرغ تولیدی روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذا نیز تحت تأثیر سطح پروتئین جیره قرار گرفت (05/0 P

تأثیر پودر گیاه چویر (Ferulagoangulata) بر کبد و فرآسنجه های خونی بلدرچین ژاپنی مسموم شده با تتراکلریدکربن
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی خواص آنتی اکسیدانی گیاه چویر در بلدرچین ژاپنی مسموم شده با تتراکلریدکربن انجام شد. در این آزمایش از 80 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین یک روزه با 4 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 5 قطعه در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 2×2 شامل دو سطح پودر چویر ( 0 و 5/1 درصد) و تتراکلریدکربن (0 و 1 میلی لیتر به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) استفاده شد. طول دوره آزمایش 42 روز بود و در این مدت پرنده ها دسترسی آزاد به آب و خوراک داشتند. در پایان دوره آزمایش، از ورید بال تمام پرنده ها (20 پرنده در هر تیمار) جهت اندازه گیری فرآسنجه های خونی و آنزیم های کبدی خون گیری شد. همچنین برای مطالعه بافت شناسی از بافت کبد نمونه برداری شد. خوراک مصرفی و افزایش وزن بدن در دوره های مختلف پرورش و ضریب تبدیل در کل دوره پرورش تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار داشتند (05/0>P). پودر گیاه چویر در سطح 5/1 درصد، غلظت های کلسترول کل و HDL-کلسترول سرم خون را به طور معنی داری افزایش داد (05/0>P)، اما افزایش مقادیر تری گلیسرید و LDL-کلسترول سرم خون از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود. تتراکلریدکربن غلظت های آنزیم های کبدیAST، ALT و ALP سرم خون را به طور معنی داری افزایش داد (05/0>P)، در حالی که استفاده توام پودر چویر و تتراکلریدکربن منجر به تعدیل اثرات منفی تتراکلریدکربن در خصوص آنزیم های ASTو ALT شد (05/0>P). نتایج حاصل از بررسی های بافت شناسی نیز نشان داد که پودر گیاه چویر می تواند محافظ کبد در برابر مسمومیت تتراکلریدکربن -باشد. به طور کلی این مطالعه نشان داد که پودر گیاه چویر می تواند اثرات استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از تتراکلریدکربن را کاهش دهد.

مطالعه چندشکلی ژن میواستاتین وتأثیر آن بر صفات رشد در گوسفند لری
ژن میواستاتین یا فاکتور 8 رشد و تمایز، روی توسعه و بلوغ ماهیچه های اسکلتی اثر مهارکنندگی دارد و اگر جهشی در آن رخ بدهد، باعث تغییر در اندازه ماهیچه ها می گردد. از طرفی گوسفند لری مهمترین نژاد گوسفند گوشتی بومی ایران است، که دارای توانایی ژنتیکی بالایی برای تولید گوشت می باشد. لذا، بررسی ژن های مؤثر بر تولید گوشت در این نژاد می تواند در انتخاب و اصلاح آن اهمیت داشته باشد. بنابراین، برای شناخت بهتر جایگاه ژن میواستاتین در گوسفند لری و ارتباط ژنوتیپ های شناسایی گردیده با صفات وزن تولد، ازشیرگیری و 6 ماهگی، تعداد 50 رأس گوسفند لری به طور تصادفی انتخاب و خونگیری از ورید گردنی انجام گرفت. استخراج DNA با استفاده از کیت دنازیست صورت گرفت و برای بررسی کمیت و کیفیت DNA استخراجی از روش اسپکتوفتومتری و الکتروفورز استفاده شد. به منظور ارزیابی وجود چندشکلی پرایمرهای اختصاصی طراحی و نواحی مورد نظر تکثیر شدند. پس از تأیید قطعه مورد نظر bp373 روی ژل آگارز به وسیله آنزیم برشی HaeIII تعیین ژنوتیپ گردید، که تنها حیوانات با ژنوتیپ Mm و mm در جایگاه ژن میوستاتین در جمعیت گوسفند لری مشاهده شدند. فراوانی آلل های M و m به ترتیب 75/8% و 25/91% محاسبه شد. همچنین، بررسی ارتباط بین ژنوتیپ های شناسایی گردیده درگوسفند لری با صفات رشد در جایگاه ژن میواستاتین به جز برای وزن تولد غیر معنی دار بود. بنابراین، آلل های جایگاه ژن میواستاتین تثبیت گردیده و نشانگر مناسبی در مطالعات ژنتیکی و پیوستگی با صفات رشدمحسوب نمی گردد.

چندشکلی اگزون 2 ژن BMP15 در گوسفند سنگسری ایران
نرخ باروری یکی از صفات مهم اقتصادی در گوسفند است، که تحت تأثیر محیط و ژنتیک می باشد. تا کنون سه دسته ژن مؤثر بر این صفت شناخته شده است، یکی از آنها خانواده BMP ها می باشد که معروفترین آن BMP15 است. جهش های مختلف در ژن BMP15 راندمان صفات تولید مثلی و رشد در گوسفند را افزایش می دهد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ژنتیکی و فیلوژنتیکی توالی نوکلئوتیدی این ژن در گوسفند نژاد سنگسری ایران می-باشد. نمونه های خون از تعداد ۲۰ رأس گوسفند نژاد سنگسری ایستگاه پرورش و اصلاح نژاد دامغان جمع آوری شد. پس از استخراج DNA، تکثیر قطعه 222 جفت بازی اگزون شماره 2 ژن BMP15 با استفاده از واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز انجام شد و سپس نمونه ها توالی یابی شدند. نتایج آنالیز توالی ها حاکی از وجود چهار هاپلوتایپ و سه جهش معنی دار در ژن مذکور بود. که یکی از این جهش ها، برای اولین بار در ژن BMP15 گوسفند گزارش می شود. همچنین به منظور تعیین فاصله ژنتیکی حدود 103 توالی از ژن مذکور حیوانات مختلف و نژادهای مختلف گوسفند گرداوری شد. سپس درخت فیلوژنتیکی رسم و فواصل ژنتیکی و میزان اختلاف نوکلئوتیدی محاسبه گردید. نتایج آزمون فیلوژنتیکی نشان داد که بز، گاو و گاومیش کمترین فاصله ژنتیکی و میمون، انسان و موش بیشترین فاصله را با گوسفند سنگسری دارا می باشند. همچنین آنالیز فیلوژنتیکی بین نژادهای گوسفند حاکی از عدم اختلاف ژنتیکی بین نژادهای بومی هندی و کشمیری با نژاد سنگسری ایران بود.

تعیین چندشکلی ژن های POU1F1 و STAT5A و ارتباط آنها با صفات تولید شیر در گاو
ژن های کاندیدا برای صفات خاص، ژن های توالی یابی شده ای هستند که فعالیت بیولوژیکی آنها شناخته شده است. در این میان نقش ژن های POU1F1 و STAT5A روی صفات تولید شیر گاو در تحقیقات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ژن POU1F1 روی نسخه برداری پرولاکتین و هورمون رشد تأثیر دارد و ژن STAT5A به عنوان تنظیم کننده اصلی فعالیت هورمون رشد در سلول های هدف و مبدل سیگنال داخل سلولی پرولاکتین عمل می کند. از آنجا که این ژن ها برای توسعه و تکامل سیستم پستانی و تولید شیر مهم هستند، هدف از این تحقیق بررسی چندشکلی جایگاه آنها و ارتباطشان با ارزش اصلاحی صفات تولید شیر در گاوهای براون سوییس بود. بدین منظور 90 رأس گاو شیری بطور تصادفی خونگیری شدند. استخراج DNA از خون تام به روش نمکی تغییر یافته انجام گرفت و واکنش زنجیره ای پلی مراز (PCR) جهت تکثیر قطعات مورد نظر انجام شد. قطعات تکثیر شده با آنزیم های محدودالاثر اختصاصی هضم و ژنوتیپ ها تعیین شدند. فراوانی ژنی و ژنوتیپی، شاخص های هتروزیگوتی، تعداد آلل مؤثر و واقعی، برآورد ارزش اصلاحی صفات تولیدی و ارتباط ژنوتیپ با ارزش اصلاحی صفات، در این تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. فراوانی آلل های A و C ژن های POU1F1 و STAT5A به ترتیب 455/0 و 489/0 و آلل های B و T این جایگاه ها به ترتیب 545/0 و 511/0 برآورد شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه در هر دو جایگاه در تعادل هاردی واینبرگ بود. ارتباط معنی داری بین جایگاه های مورد مطالعه و ارزش اصلاحی صفات پیدا نشد، اگرچه آلل POU1F1*B گرایش به تولید شیر بیشتر و POU1F1*A تمایل به تولید بالاتر درصد چربی شیر و پروتئین نشان دادند.

تأثیر استفاده از پودر سیر در جیره گوسفند بر قابلیتهضم، تخمیر و جمعیت پروتوزوآیی شکمبه
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر پودر سیر بر خصوصیات هضمپذیری و تخمیری شکمبه گوسفند انجام پذیرفت. در مرحله اول، سطح مطلوب پودر سیر در جیره گوسفندان تعیین گردید. در مرحله دوم، دامها با جیره شاهد و جیره مکمل شده با پودر سیر (2 درصد مادهخشک جیره) برای مدت 35 روز تغذیه شدند. نتایج مرحله اول برای تعیین سطح مطلوب نشان داد که قابلیتهضم مادهخشک و ADF تحت تأثیر وجود پودر سیر در جیره ها قرار نگرفتند، اما از نظر عددی در جیره حاوی 2 درصد پودر سیر بیشترین مقدار بودند (05/0P>)، هضم NDF نیز در جیره حاوی 2 درصد پودر سیر بیشترین مقدار بود (05/0P). غلظت کلسترول خون دامهای تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی پودر سیر در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش معنیداری نشان داد (05/0P). تعداد پروتوزوآ در مایع شکمبه گوسفندان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی پودر سیر نسبت به تیمار شاهد کاهش معنیداری را نشان داد. بنابراین استفاده از پودر سیر اثر منفی بر خصوصیات هضم پذیری و تخمیری شکمبه نداشت و باعث افزایش هضم مادهخشک و الیاف شد. بنابراین با توجه به کاهش کلسترول و جمعیت پروتوزوآیی می تواند یک افزودنی مفیدی باشد.

اثر 1، 25 دی هیدروکسی کوله کلسیفرول (کلسیتریول) و عصاره هیدروالکلی میوه پنیرباد (Withania Coagulans) بر عملکرد، بافت شناسی استخوان درشت نی و پارامتر های خونی در جوجه های نر گوشتی
آزمایشی با استفاده از 600 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی سویه راس 308 به منظور بررسی اثر 1، 25 دی هیدروکسی کوله کلسیفرول (کلسیتریول) و عصاره هیدروالکلی میوه پنیرباد بر بافت شناسی استخوان درشت نی و پارامتر های خونی انجام گرفت. جوجه ها از سن یک روزگی به 12 تیمار غذایی در یک طرح فاکتوریل با ساختار 2×3×2 توزیع شدند. تیمارهای غذایی شامل جیره کنترل مثبت با کلسیم در سطح توصیه شده سویه راس 308 (4/10گرم کلسیم در کیلوگرم جیره) و کنترل منفی با30 درصد کلسیم کمتر از احتیاجات (3/7 گرم کلسیم در کیلوگرم جیره)، سه سطح عصاره پنیرباد (صفر، 100 و200 میلی گرم بر کیلو گرم جیره) و دو سطح کلسیتریول (صفر و 5/0 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم جیره) بود. قابلیت هضم کلسیم و فسفر با کاهش سطح کلسیم جیره بطور معنی دار افزایش یافت (01/0P

اثر بافت فیزیکی خوراک بر عملکرد و رفتارهای تغذیه ای در جوجه های گوشتی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر بافت فیزیکی خوراک بر عملکرد و رفتارهای تغذیهای در جوجههای گوشتی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی چند مشاهده ای با 3 تیمار و 5 تکرار و 3 مشاهده در هر تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل جیره با بافت پلت، کرامبل وآردی و رفتارهای بررسی شده شامل رفتار خوردن، آشامیدن، استراحت و قدم زدن بود. رفتار جوجههای نشانه گذاری شده در دوره های پرورش توسط دوربین ضبط شد. جوجهها در پایان هر دوره وزن کشی شدند و مصرف خوراک و اضافه وزن روزانه برای بررسی عملکرد اندازه گیری شد. بهترین ضریب تبدیل در دوره رشد و پایانی و کل دوره با جیره کرامبل و پلت حاصل شد جیره آردی با اثر معنی داری رفتار خوردن و قدم زدن و جیره کرامبل و پلت رفتار استراحت را افزایش داد. ضریب تبدیل غذایی با رفتار خوردن و قدم زدن همبستگی مثبت و با آشامیدن و استراحت همبستگی منفی داشت. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش جیره های کرامبل و پلت باعث بروز بیشتر رفتار استراحت میشود که این رفتار همبستگی بالایی با ضریب تبدیل غذایی دارد و ضریب تبدیل را بهبود میبخشد.

مطالعه جهش های موجود در نیمه اول اگزون 2 ژن GDF9گوسفند آمیخته نژاد رومانوف و نژاد کرمانی
برای کاهش تعداد میش های مولد روی مراتع و جلوگیری از تخریب مراتع به نظر می رسد که برنامههای اصلاح نژادی روی ژن های با اثر عمده بر چند قلوزایی در نژاد های کشور برای شناسایی ژن های کاندیدای مؤثر بر این صفات اقتصادی لازم باشند. ژن GDF9 ازمهم ترین ژن های مؤثر بر صفت چندقلوزایی درگوسفندان می باشد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی جهش های موجود در جایگاه نیمه اول (منتهی به5' رشته پیشرو) اگزون 2 ژن فاکتور رشد و تمایز شماره9(GDF9) در گوسفندان آمیخته حاصل از تلاقی بین قوچ های نژاد رومانوف با میش های نژاد کرمانی به روش PCR-SSCP بود. به این منظور، ازسیاهرگوداج تعداد 121 رأس گوسفند آمیخته خونگیری شد. پس از استخراج DNA به روش نمکی از خون کامل، واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز برای تکثیر قطعه 633 جفت بازی توسط آغازگرهای اختصاصی طراحی شده برای اگزون2 این ژن انجام شد. پس از تعیین چند شکلی فضایی تک رشته ای محصولات PCR، الگوهای باندی مربوط به ژن GDF9 روی ژل پلی اکریل آمید و رنگ آمیزی با نیترات نقره، قابل مشاهده شد. در نمونه مورد مطالعه، 5 الگوی باندی مختلف 1، 2، 3، 4 و 5 به ترتیب با فراوانی 314/0، 024/0، 289/0، 232/0 و 141/0 بدست آمد. همچنین نتایج توالی یابی منجر به شناسایی 5 جهش در این گوسفندان شد.

تهیه و ارزیابی جیره نیمه خالص به منظور مطالعات مربوط به فیبر در بلدرچین ژاپنی
هدف از این مطالعه معرفی ترکیب جیره ای با حداقل محتوای فیبر می باشد، به طوریکه تأثیر فیبر افزودنی در جیره را به خوبی نشان دهد و از طرفی بر عملکرد، فرآسنجه- های بیوشیمی سرم و ریخت شناسی روده بلدرچین تأثیر منفی نداشته باشد. تعداد 144 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین یکروزه در آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 6 جوجه در هر تکرار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. فاکتور اول سطوح فیبر خام جیره پایه (شامل سطح معمول فیبر و دو سطح پایین تر از آن یعنی 37/3 %، 18/1 % و 08/0 % به ترتیب پر فیبر، متوسط فیبر و کم فیبر) و فاکتور دوم سطوح فیبر افزودنی تجاری آربوسل (0 و 3 %) بود. جیره نیمه خالص متوسط فیبر از نظر فرآسنجه های عملکردی مطلوب بود. غلظت تریگلیسیرید تحت تأثیر میزان فیبر خام جیرة پایه قرار گرفت و بیشترین میزان آن در گروه کم فیبر وجود داشت که با گروه پر فیبر تفاوت معنی داری داشت (05/0P
