In this experiment, 192 day old commercial female Ross broiler chicks were used with 4 dietary treatments and 4 replications in a completely randomized design. Dietary treatments included 100, 153, 168 and 183 percentages of digestible arginine, based on the Ross catalogue recommendation. On 46th day of experiment, three chickens per replication were selected randomly, blood samples were collected from each, and thereafter they were slaughtered in order to measure carcass traits, intestine morphology and meat chemical composition. The results showed that dietary arginine treatments caused a significant increase on body weight, carcass efficiency, muscle yield, protein and fat content of muscle, heart weight, and growth of small intestine, while decreased abdominal fat weight. Arginine supplementation increased plasma concentrations of triiodothyronine and thyroxine, but reduced plasma concentrations of cholesterol, triglyceride, and urea. According to the results of this study, consumption level of 168% digestible arginine, based on the Ross catalogue recommendation, had the best results on growth improvement and carcass traits, while consumption level of 183% digestible arginine had the greatest fat carcass reduction.}, keywords = {Arginine,Growth performance,Meat production,Fat deposition,Broiler chicken}, title_fa = {اثرات مکمل ال-آرژنین بر رشد، تولید ماهیچه و ذخیره چربی در جوجه‌‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات تغذیه‌ای ال-آرژنین بر عملکرد، تولید و ترکیب شیمیایی ماهیچه، ذخیره چربی لاشه‌، ویژگی های ریخت شناختی روده و فراسنجه‌های خون جوجه های گوشتی سویه راس به مدت 46 روز بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 192 جوجه مرغ گوشتی یک روزه سویه تجاری راس در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 جیره غذایی و 4 تکرار استفاده شد. جیره‌های غذایی دارای 100، 153، 168 و 183 درصد آرژنین قابل هضم بر اساس توصیه کاتالوگ راس بودند. در روز 46 پژوهش، تعداد سه جوجه از هر تکرار به صورت تصادفی انتخاب، نمونه‌های خون از هر کدام جمع‌آوری و سپس کشتار شدند تا صفات لاشه، ویژگی های ریخت شناسی روده و ترکیب شیمیایی گوشت مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گیرند. نتایج نشان دادند که جیره‌های غذایی آرژنین سبب افزایش معنی‌دار وزن بدن، بازده لاشه، تولید ماهیچه، محتوای پروتئین و چربی ماهیچه، وزن قلب و رشد روده کوچک شد، ولی اثر کاهشی بر وزن چربی حفره شکمی داشت. مکمل آرژنین غلظت‌ پلاسمایی تری‌یدوتیرونین و تیروکسین را افزایش داد، اما غلظت‌های پلاسمایی کلسترول، تری‌گلیسرید و اوره را کاهش داد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، مصرف میزان 168 درصد آرژنین قابل هضم بر اساس توصیه کاتالوگ راس، بهترین نتیجه را در بهبود رشد و تولید گوشت داشت، در حالی که مصرف جیره‌ غذایی دارای 183 درصد آرژنین قابل هضم بیشترین کاهش چربی لاشه مشاهده شد.}, keywords_fa = {آرژنین,عملکرد رشد,تولید گوشت,ذخیره چربی,جوجه گوشتی}, url = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_33251.html}, eprint = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_33251_6474496b7787acb315825ed7513f0e6b.pdf} }
