It is at least equivalent to maize and generally superior to sorghum in protein content and metabolizable energy levels. Thus it is of importance for poultry feeding. Amino acid (AA) determination is expensive and time consuming. Therefore nutritionists have prompted a search for alternatives to estimate AA levels. Traditionally, two methods of predicting AA levels have been developed using multiple linear regression (MLR) with an input of either CP or proximate analysis. Artificial neural networks (ANN) may be more effective to predict AA concentration in feedstuff. Therefore a study was conducted to predict the AAs level in pearl millet with either MLR or ANN. Fifty two samples of pearl millet’s data lines contained chemical compositions and AAs which collected from literature were used to find the relationship between chemical analysis as xi and AA contents as y. For both MLR and ANN models chemical composition (dry matter, ash, crude fiber, crude protein, ether extract) was used as inputs and each individual AA was the output in each model. The results of this study showed that it is possible to predict AAs with a simple analytical determination of proximate analysis. Furthermore ANN models could more effectively identify the relationship between AAs and proximate analysis than linear regression model.}, keywords = {Amino acid,Neural network model,Pearl millet}, title_fa = {مقایسه مدل های رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی برای پیش بینی اسیدهای آمینه ارزن مرواریدی (Pennisetum glaucum) با استفاده از تجزیه تقریبی}, abstract_fa = {ارزن مرواریدی گیاهی مقاوم در شرایط خشکی است که پروتئین و سطح انرژی قابل متابولیسم دانه آن با ذرت مساوی و بیشتر از سورگوم است و به همین جهت در تغذیه طیور مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تعیین اسیدهای آمینه مواد خوراکی با استفاده از روش های آزمایشگاهی نیاز به صرف زمان و هزینه بالایی دارد. از این رو یافتن روش هایی برای تخمین میزان اسیدهای آمینه دارای اهمیت می باشد. از دیر باز مدل های رگرسیونی خطی چندگانه (MLR) برای تخمین اسیدهای آمینه برخی مواد خوراکی با استفاده از پروتئین و یا تجزیه تقریبی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند. استفاده از شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی (ANN) برای تخمین دقیق تر میزان اسیدهای آمینه مواد خوارکی با استفاده از ترکیبات شیمیایی می تواند نتایج بهتری را به همراه داشته باشد. بنابراین مطالعه ای با هدف تخمین سطح اسیدهای آمینه دانه ارزن مرواریدی با استفاده از شبکه عصبی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه انجام شد. به این منظور از یکی از منابع که تعداد 52 نمونه ارزن مرواریدی را از نظر تجزیه تقریبی و سطح اسیدهای آمینه مورد بررسی قرار داده بود، استفاده شد. در این مدل ها، ماده خشک، پروتئین خام، چربی، خاکستر و فیبر خام به عنوان متغیر پیشگو و هر یک از اسیدهای آمینه به عنوان متغیر پاسخ استفاده شدند. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از این است که بین اسیدهای آمینه دانه ی ارزن مرواریدی و ترکیبات شیمیایی آن ارتباط قابل توجهی وجود دارد. ارزیابی آماری نشان داد که مدل ANN در مقایسه با MLR دارای قدرت تخمین بیشتری برای برآورد میزان هر یک از اسیدهای آمینه ارزن مرواریدی با استفاده از روش تجزیه تقریبی می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ارزن مرواریدی,اسید آمینه,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی}, url = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_31026.html}, eprint = {https://ijasr.um.ac.ir/article_31026_78061b6ef6193b39f81a21c3c9fd5feb.pdf} }
